Can I use Easy Soom if my nose is blocked?

No. Do not use Easy Soom if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose. Easy Soom should only be used when your nasal breathing feels clear and natural.

How do I use Easy Soom?

Who should not use mouth tape?
